Arab, Alabama Jack's is very clean, nice folks work there, love their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. Balona biscuits are new and very good.

This morning the biscuits were the best I have ever had from any Jack's! The drive thru line was really long but time was reasonable. Staff could have been friendlier but it's New Year day! It's was busy!
UPDATE: Nov 20, 2023 I decided to order from here again for the first time in a long time since my poor review. The chicken was spicy and juicy, with crispy skin and no fatty stringing. The biscuits were fluffy and wrapped nicely. Everything was how it used to be, and I now feel happy to say that this place has returned to my restaurant roster. ORIGINAL: I order DoorDash from here a lot. I used to enjoy it a lot, but in the last few weeks I’ve watched the quality go downhill. The chicken has gotten drier, I received burnt biscuits, and one day I got a pie with the ingredients inside so dried out it looked like it had been left on a counter for three days, which is highly concerning. The next time I ordered a pie, they sent me the wrong one! I don’t know what changed!

Really good gravy biscuits, sometimes this particular one has a long line in the morning. They get the food out really fast tho. I think it's mostly because it's the only drive through in that location within several miles. It's a Jack's, food is good, I have no complaints.
